Description of the project
The objective was on the base of the analysis of the current status of realization of IUDP evaluate the functionality of the implementation system of the IUDP for needs of the management and coordination, including evaluation of ROP North East as an instrument of urban policy for needs of use in the programming period of 2014 +.
Part of this study was an analysis of risks of implementation of IUDP including a proposal of measures for security and suitability assessment and application of the IUDP as a tool of urban policy in the programming period of 2007 - 2013 with respect to its multi-programming financing, its efficiency, effectiveness and consistency with the strategy of urban development to assess the suitability of use in the programming period of 2014 +.
