Description of the project
The main objective was to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of building evaluation capacity of the ROP North West and at the outcomes establish adequate recommendations for further progress in the implementation of the ROP North West.
The analysis had to assess the project to evaluation activities realized in 2009 and 2010, assess its relevance, benefits and sustainability in relation to current needs of ORC of the ROP North West.
Other targets were focused on analysis and evaluation of human resources for evaluation activities of the programme, assess the effectiveness and efficiency of building evaluation capacity of the ROP North West and also comparing with other regional councils, functioning as a source of examples of good practice.
