Description of the project
The main objective of the evaluation was a regular and systematic evaluation of the implementation and execution of the ROP South East and evaluation of changes in the external environment of the operating program to analyze and better understand the operational outputs and accomplishments as well as progress towards longer-term impacts. To the contracting authority evaluation provides also the necessary corrective measures.
