Description of the project
Performing of the evaluation of the existing system of education in the area of public administration, regional and local self-management with orientation to the travel industry is part of the wider concept of the overall improvement of the profession preparation and education in the travel industry, whose objective is to create a system of education for employees participating in the travel industry, or the system corresponding to the actual demands of this sector of the national economy. The main intention of this project is the setting of general terms in which all employees participating in activities in the area of the travel industry will have the necessary system of education corresponding to the demands for the execution of the position for the respective working position. The purpose is to ensure the conditions for the stabilisation and motivation of these employees in relation to the demands of their professional growth and the increase of knowledge and skills.
