Description of the project
The objective of evaluation of system, administrative and external influences on the implementation of the OP RDI was to evaluate the problematic factors, constraints, and external influences of implementation of the priority axes of OP RDI and subsequent compilation of recommendations to improve implementation and to avoid problematic external influences on these topics:
- Identify the major factors that affect the implementation of projects supported by the OP RDI;
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of the implementation of the OP RDI in the evaluation of the current activities of the individual areas of implementation and administration;
- Formulate procedures for possible solutions to identificate potential problems and uncertainties in relation with the opinions of the of beneficiaries (in this case) and the status of implementation and administration of the OP RDI;
- Provide to the Managing Authority of the OP RDI feedback and recommendations leading to increased efficiency of implementation of the OP RDI, including possible alternative solutions.
The purpose of the project was to enhance program management, improve the quality of drawing funds from EU funds and the need of strategic and other reports on the program. Project outputs should be use to further streamline the management of the OP RDI, both the Managing Authority and on the part of applicants / beneficiaries.
