Aim of the Country Note was to demonstrate the types of policies and projects that were used to promote and support entrepreneurship for groups that are disadvantaged or under-represented in entrepreneurship (e.g. women, youth, seniors, ethnic minorities, people with disabilities, unemployed), the variety of approaches available and the evidence on their effectiveness.
